We want you to be happy with TextSnap. Because it's a digital product, we also offer free recognitions before you buy, so you can confirm it works for you first.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We typically approve refund requests within this window with no questions asked.
2. Try before you buy
Every install includes a number of free recognitions. We encourage you to use these to verify that TextSnap recognizes your content accurately before purchasing a lifetime license.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address used for purchase, or include your Paddle order/receipt number. Tell us your license key if you have it. We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method.
4. After a refund
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the extension returns to free-tier limits. Please don't continue using a license you've been refunded for.
5. Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse — for example, requesting a refund after extensive use, repeated buy-and-refund activity, or sharing or reselling license keys.
6. Payment processor
Purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle's own buyer-protection terms also apply, and refunds are issued through Paddle. If you purchased through Paddle, you may also contact Paddle directly regarding your order.
