Welcome to Tabata HIIT Timer++ This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Tabata HIIT Timer++ ("Company" or "We") concerning your use of our software application Tabata HIIT Timer++ ("App" or "Software").
Please read this EULA carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Tabata HIIT Timer++ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Subscription Terms
Tabata HIIT Timer++ offers auto-renewable subscription options. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Subscription Title: Monthly subscription
- Length of Subscription: Monthly
- Price of Subscription: $1.99 per month
- Lifetime Access: One-time purchase option available

- Unlimited workouts
- Cloud Syncing
- Get timely reminders to never miss a deadline
4. Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your account settings.
5. Payment
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
6. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, interfaces, and software, are owned by Tabata HIIT Timer++. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App.
8. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Tabata HIIT Timer++. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabata HIIT Timer++ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.
11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VietNam, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to this EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on our website. You are advised to review this EULA periodically for any changes.
